Marine Inspection Service has established, documented and implemented a Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015. The system is maintained and continually improved through the use of the quality policy, quality objectives, audit results, analysis of data, corrective and preventive action and management review.
MIS has a policy to supply goods and services to meet client specifications and expectations, and to comply with relevant codes, standards and statutory requirements. This requires management and staff to be well versed in their fields of work and remain abreast of current codes and statutory requirements. To this end MIS encourages staff to continue to study and extend their qualifications and expertise as required.
MIS has been set up to service Western Australia and predominantly the Perth region. Our aim is to “do it once, do it right”, which demands built in quality control and quality assurance. All employees are aware of our Quality Management System and understand our Quality Policy and the objectives of the organisation helping to ensure the client’s requirements are satisfied. In our field the client may not always be fully aware of the additional requirements of statutory authorities. We shall endeavour to meet these requirements ensuring the well being of the public at large.
